What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging. Contact us at hello@ete-studio.com to start a return.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are processed within 1-3 business days. US delivery takes 3-5 business days. International orders take 7-14 business days.
Do you restock sold out items?
No. Each drop is produced in limited quantities and once it's gone, it's gone. Sign up to our email list to be notified of new drops.
How do I know my size?
Our pieces run true to size. If you're between sizes we recommend sizing up for a relaxed fit. Still unsure? Email us and we'll help.
Where are your pieces made?
Every ÉTÉ STUDIO piece is produced in Portugal, handcrafted in limited runs by skilled artisans. We source only the finest natural materials — Belgian linen, Peruvian organic cotton, and Italian silk — selected for their quality, longevity, and integrity.
